  1. Unusual, promising task (ILE, EIE, LIE, IEE)
  2. Credibility, the prestige of work/company, career growth (ESE, SLE, SEE, LSE)
  3. Stability, comfortable working conditions (SEI, LSI, ESI, SLI)
  4. Opportunity for training and professional development (LII, IEI, ILI, EII).”
