Individuals described as primarily high in conscientiousness and secondarily low in openness are known to be “conventional and traditional.” They are ardent followers of beliefs, customs, and traditions that have been in existence for a long time. They want things done as they have been done conventionally, be it at work, in public or at home. Their mannerism also reflects the same.
